  1. Overall diets have changed over the years and are much healthier on the whole. Fortunately, I was raised within an extended family and my uncle was a naturopathic physician and we all had a healthy lifestyle overall. I have maintained this over the years without going overboard in one direction or another. Moderation works well, and I don’t concern myself with having a strict diet.
